• Our free shipping offer excludes Express and Overnight Shipments for products.
• If you need Express or Overnight Shipping you may choose the option at normal rates during checkout.
• Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern or 11 am Pacific may qualify for same day processing. For orders shipped overnight this means the order can arrive the day after you placed the order.
• Product Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged standard shipping rates.
• iControls Kits and some supplies also will not be included in this free shipping offer. This is because of the special handling or refrigeration that is required. If a product must be shipped overnight it will be clearly labeled on the product page as requiring overnight shipping.

• Specimens shipped from addresses in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $30 per shipment.
• Shipping arrangements for Specimens shipped from addresses in other countries must be made in advance. Please Contact Us to make arrangements.
