Employee Drug Testing Information for SAMHSA Compliance Program

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requires all companies which use commercial class driver's licenses for employees to have an employee drug testing program for the following 5 specific categories of drugs: Cannabinoids, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates and Phencyclidine.
