("Consulting Ace Inc." and Consulting Ace) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates. You agree to review these Terms of Use on a periodic basis. This Website is intended for companies, government organizations and non-profits, and is not intended for use by children or minors under the age of 18. ConsultingAce reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shipping Information

Costs

100% Free UPS  Standard Shipping in the Continental U.S.A. for All Products.

  • This includes free insurance against loss and damage.
  • Our free shipping offer excludes Express and Overnight Shipments for products.
  • If you need Express or Overnight Shipping you may choose the option at normal rates during checkout.
  • Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern or 11 am Pacific may qualify for same day processing. For orders shipped overnight this means the order can arrive the day after you placed the order.
  • Product Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged standard shipping rates.
  • iControls Kits and some supplies also will not be included in this free shipping offer. This is because of the special handling or refrigeration that is required. If a product must be shipped overnight it will be clearly labeled on the product page as requiring overnight shipping.

100% Free FedEx Overnight Shipping in the Continental U.S.A. for All Specimens as part of our Confirmation and Medical Review Officer (MRO) Employee Drug Testing Services.

  • Specimens shipped from addresses in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $30 per shipment.
  • Shipping arrangements for Specimens shipped from addresses in other countries must be made in advance. Please Contact Us to make arrangements.  

Shipping Times

  • Under normal circumstances orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern or 11 am Pacific may qualify for same day processing. For orders shipped overnight this means the order can arrive the day after you placed the order.

Problems with Shipping

In the extremely rare case we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you quickly and offer a substitution of a drug test kit that will cover your needs at no extra charge. Or, per your request, we will backorder the items not currently available or cancel that portion of the order. We can also split the shipments if needed.

If you received a damaged item please notify the shipping company immediately upon delivery if possible. Notify us within 5 business days of the issue. Please keep all the items because we may want them returned. All information about the return process will be sent to you upon request. Shipments From

We have made arrangements to ship our employee drug and alcohol testing kits directly from our vendors. If you purchase more than one product, you may receive your order in more than one shipment.

Locations Shipped To

We ship employment and pre-employment drug test kits to all 50 states in the U.S. We do not ship outside the US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you do not have a residential or business address, please contact us for an alternative shipping procedure.

Tracking Orders

You will receive a Shipping Tracking Number directly from the carrier or from us at the email address you registered at time of purchase. We will provide the carrier with your email address for this purpose only.

International Shipments (Outside the USA)

All orders shipped to any country other than the United States of America will require approval of shipping fees before the order can be processed. You can receive a quote for international shipping by:

  1. Shopping and Ordering normally though the store.
  2. When you are at the checkout stage and you select the "ship to" country and a message will inform you that the order will not be processed until we received your approval of the international shipping charges and additional fees (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive your order we will work with you to find the best shipping solution for your international order. Note: International orders may require payment in cash, by cashier's check or money order.
  4. Once you "OK" the arrangements we have made we will process the order*.
     * If you do not want to buy the product after we give you quote, the order will be canceled at no charge to you.

Sales Tax

Pay No Tax for Shipments within the United States of America and its Territories and Possessions.

  • Sorry but we must legally exclude California.
  • For all shipments to California addresses, the sales tax is 8.25%.*
     *This is a base tax rate for California and district tax may not be included.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Accounts Receivable

If amounts due are not paid on time and collection action is necessary, then the Customer agrees to pay the original debt, a ten percent (10%) penalty, and all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

Guarantees

We offer a 100% guarantee for any damaged or lost items. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 3 business days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days. You must keep the damaged item(s) and all packing material for return or until we notify you to discard it. Please contact us for permission, shipping code, and information regarding where to send them. Incorrect items must be received in unused, perfect condition in original packaging and packed carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

Warranties

Drug and alcohol test kit manufacturers offer warranties that cover their employee drug testing products over time. Consulting Ace Inc. does not offer any such warranties of our own or extend any warranty. Please follow the vendor’s directions and contact them directly if you are in need of a warranty service.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee for any damaged or lost items, but we cannot accept items for return. This is a legal requirement. The manufacturers employ strict Quality Assurance and Chain of Custody controls to ensure legal compliance. Since drug testing kits can be used as evidence in a court of law, it is very important to ensure their quality. The manufacturer could not guarantee the quality of their product if it was resold from a return. We're sure that you wouldn't want products that we couldn't guarantee were cared for properly.

Confirmation and Confirmation with MRO Services

The Customer agrees to pay for all Confirmation or Confirmation with MRO orders that they send into our SAMHSA certified laboratory. The customer authorizes Consulting Ace Inc. (website owner) to charge the credit card on file for all Confirmation and MRO services ordered at the current Confirmation and MRO billing rates as posted on our website at the time the specimens are processed at the laboratory. All charges will be made via the credit card used for the purchase of products unless other arrangements are made. It is understood that charges for Confirmation and MRO only occur when specimens are sent to our laboratory for processing. As our products have an average shelf life of 12 to 18 months, this means that these charges can occur significantly after the original purchase date. If Consulting Ace Inc. must contact you regarding an erroneous or expired credit card, updated information must be received within 5 business days or other payment arrangements must be made. All charges for Confirmation and MRO services must be cleared within 15 days of the service.

Product Distribution and Resale

Customers are prohibited from distributing the Products outside the United States of America and its Territories and Possessions or reselling the Products. Consulting Ace Inc. reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money at anytime.

Security

We work very hard to protect your privacy. We protect the data stored on our servers as much possible with encryption, passwords, physical security, etc., to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure.  Please note that there is always a possibility that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private information and communications.

Account Protection

Please create a password using a combination between 6 and 14 unique numbers and letters. All actions taken in the name of your account are your legal responsibility. If your password is compromised for any reason, please notify us immediately and change your password.

Simply put, it states that if you have serious issues with a product or service you will indemnify us and deal with the product or service provider directly.
